Iphone 5S Stock

I have been going around in circles trying to get hold of a 16GB space grey iPhone 5S from Autopage Head Office in Midrand. The deal was agreed to and the upgrade processed, Couriers attempted to deliver the handset but refused to accept the RICA documents being supplied. The phone was then returned to warehouse and ever since i have called and nagged and nothing is happening. Promises of return calls and updates are not forthcoming. I've been a client for 8 years, if i don't receive the handset this week i want the contract cancelled. Poor show from Autopage, i have easily been able to find handsets available at both Vodacom and MTN brand stores yet Autopage appear to be working on such tiny batches of stock and there is a clear lack of interest by the retentions department to source stock and deliver.

Make a plan this week or I'm moving my contract elsewhere.
