SHOCKING SERVICE AND RUN AROUND GIVEN

I got a upgrade in November 2012 to a Blackberry 9900, which have been giving me endless hassles. I was advised by the branch to hand the phone in with the box and all accessories, as they will return it to their head office for permission to replace (CPA). This happened on 23/2/2013. To date I have not received any feedback. I have made numerous phone calls to Shelley, the branch manager and Altech Autopage head office, since Friday 8 March. Just to be given the run around. Shelley tells me the phone was send to head office for assessment, head office says they have no trace of my phone. I am left with emty promises of call backs, which does not happen and passing the buck from Shelley to head office and vice versa. All I want is that I get a phone in working, this is what I pay for every month. Could anyone out there help me??
