VODACOM LOG IN

Hi Peter - yes Vodacom is something else - I take ages to log in and when I am on it suddenly stops... if they see my details log in list they will see that I spend half my time logging in and staying loged on. I have complained several times and they said that they were upgrading the reception - the date has expired and I am no closer to a solutions than before. Yhey receive my payment on time every month and never defaults... but I don't get what I pay for. No one is interested to help and suggest other things but a little silly as nothing else I do help. Please help Thanks
