VODACOM'S RECEPTION IN KROONSTAD IS PATHETIC

I have been complaining for over a year now about the bad reception of Vodacom in Kroonstad. I pay over R3000 a month on contracts and for data and cannot rely on reception!
I have complained on facebook and was promised a booster on 14 February 2013 (Ref No: EC-ZHLL-4J0G9U).
I have been told since then "they are out of stock". My goodness!!! Get another supplier! I realise it was just an empty promise to look good on facebook. You are loosing customers big time in Kroonstad. When I complain about no reception, I am being told "next time it happens I must let them know what my location is". I CANNOT PHONE OR CONNECT WHEN THERE IS NO RECEPTION... Please don't ask me to let you know next time it happens.
