Very Upset! Extremely annoyed

Today I had the most unpleasant and very upsetting experience at Vodacom Gallaria!

While my husband and myself where deciding on a new phone we wanted to get, my toddler was keeping herself busy playing with a few of those tiny Vodacom cards you have on the display table!

When one of your employees named Shannon snatched it out my daughters hands and she started crying with the most saddest hurt cry ever! So I asked her what happen and she points to this lady that was just standing there with the rudest look on her face looking at my daughter, so I asked her what had my daughter done to receive such treatment she says "she's playing with a stack of our cards" so I asked Shannon was that any reason to make my child cry why didn't you come and ask me to take it away she rudely shrugged her shoulders, and I asked her is it a problem if my child plays with these pieces of cardboard she says "yes" and I said what a few cards is a problem for this store? She said Yes it is and turned and walked away from me!

Now first of all my child is only 3 she is very humble I am growing her up with respect and kindness! What type of sick person makes a small child cry over something stupid
