Dear Cell C,
You have been billing me an additional amount of R50 for some Opera Mini subscription that I have no knowledge of. I asked you to cancel this and give me proof that I indeed did subscribe for this rubbish but you just kept on billing me. I eventually gave up and told myself that since I had few months left for my contract to expire with you guys, I might as well save myself the trouble and let my hard earned money go to waste.
My contract eventually expired with you but to my surprise a R50 debit order went off my account. You guys are still billing for this Opera Mini. I had two contracts with you guys and I was about to upgrade but you can kiss my money good bye. I will cancel the debit order with the bank and I dare you to take me to credit bureau for this.
