Unlawful Billing on my MTN Acc

I didnt subscibe to this Opera Telecom, and i was charged a content fee of R147.36 on my MTN contract line in the January 2013 statement. My number 078 099 2879. Can Opera Telecom please unsubscribe and refund all that they billed in my account. This is from other peoples, and Opera Telecom needs to be lawfully charged for this. i see a lot of peoples complaints related to unlawfull billing.
