Ig companies kill small fish so they look good

I went for a heart operation in november 2012 and my dr said ill be booked off for at least 3months. vodacom is the only account i have and need to pay every month. so i phoned the and ask please assist because im in sales and is not earning com for 3 months which they said they will dont worry. in feb my account got soft locked which i phone the and mak payment still in arrears. they said ill be unlocked in 24hours in 48 hors later i was fully locked so i phone the to make arrangement. now im 6000 in arrears and to activate i must pay full ammount. on the 15/05/2013 at 9h12 i phoned them aggain to reactivate my contract and get the arrears ammount mr Morenna from legal at vodacom said if i pay R1140.14 it will be activated all i need to do then is go to the vodashop get to new sim cards and pay R285 activation and R210 for sim cards.still waitng for his e-mail. i phoned them aggain at 13h00 now my account is R10000 rand and they say they are right and im wrong. and all i want is my nr on for all my customers for the last 7 years have that nr. i am in sales and i know price quoted is price paid by law.
