Harassing phone calls

My husband and I went under debt review in the end of June 2013 due to him being unable to pay his debt. I had unknowingly made a Jet account for myself at the beginning of June 2013, which I would have paid. However being married within community of Property we both had to go under. Ever since we went under Debt review we have been receiving harassing phone calls from both Jet and Edgars (my husband's almost 4yr long account) on an almost daily basis as well as SMS's telling us that we are going to be blacklisted and taken to court for not paying. The call center tells me they have not received any emails or proof that we are under debt review, this is false, I have the emails as proof that it was send by my Lawyer on 1 October 2013 after our court proceedings. Also the debt review have now paid out to the debt collectors twice already! Stop phoning my husband and I, stop harassing us or I WILL take legal actions!
