Waiting for the delivery of my replacement andset

This is my 3rd complaint about the same issue!!

I have been waiting for my replacement handset since the 7th of September 2013.

The last report, I had Enerst call me and promise that delivery will take place during course of the week we were in, which was on the 10th of Oct and to this day, the 35th of Oct I am still impatiently waiting!

There have been countless email requests to the lady who initially assissted me with the contract, she has never called me back to update me on what is happeing to the phone that I am paying for, i mean do people understand how displeasing and frustrating this is? The fact that i cant go into a store and demand my phone angers me more!

This is worse than watching paint dry on a wall!
