From bad to worse

After complaining about the exceptionally bad service by MTN a few weeks ago, I have managed to upgrade to an iPhone5. I had it back with MTN within 2 weeks, with a request to do a warranty check on the phone. Eugene promised I would have the phone back after about 5 working days. Two weeks later (today) I visit the shop: the warranty check has been denied as the CPD papers were not included. But no-one phoned me or let me know about the progress. I am so disappointed in the way MTN handles things as these. I suppose to wait another two weeks - then it will be a month without a phone. Not good! To think I thought cell troubles would be something of the past with a new iPhone.
