A lady working at your call centre named Jeanene, just outright told me that they are right and that "the person at Discovery Platinum does not know what they're talking about"

This is in regards to a payment that Altech claims was rejected 4 days after they successfully processed it.

The payment was made on the 3rd of Oct. I have sent the proof to your company when they requested it 2 days ago and they still don't believe me. Now they want me to tell Discovery Platinum to call them personally. What kind of corporation tells a customer to be a messenger?

Since your credit department and your customer care don't seem to want to help me, please have someone of authority at Altech contact me immediately to have this sorted out. I have been a loyal customer, always paid on time and I don't see why I should be made to feel stupid by making me run between Discovery Platinum and your credits department.

As of today, Altech still has not reinstated my services and they are claiming reconnection fee's due to the non payment.
