Three weeks and still nothing!

I signed up for the R279 ipad mini deal on the 3rd October and was given same day approval. However, after waiting three weeks, I am told that there is still no stock in any of your stores as well as your warehouse. It is unacceptable to be advertising a product you dont have stock of. The When will it be sorted out?
