CLI CHARGE ON IPAD DEAL

The iPad mini deal was advertised as R279 all inclusive. On reviewing the invoice, I noted it differed due to a CLI charge of R8.50.
Now, correct me if I am wrong, but how do you charge for Caller Line Identity (CLI) on an iPad? It does not make sense at all as one does / cannot receive mobile calls on an iPad mini.
I lodged a query to have it removed retrospectively.
