Mtn
Terms and condition of 24 hour bundle

Telecommunications

I asked why are the terms and conditions of the one day bolt not shown
whenever I make a purchase, you said ''there's not enough space cause
they are long". I don't think a big company like mtn would struggle
with squeezing this lines in "Access to the internet is unlimited for
24hrs from time of activation however a fair usage limit will apply
after 150MB, When the duration has elapsed, the normal flat rates will
apply in line with the customer's last billing method, if no
additional internet bundle option is bought''. As an mtn customer I
feel like mtn has been ripping me off, first of all my modem cost R400
but I don't even receive 3G connection most of the time, I know the
best answer for that will be my location, internet traffic and so on.
Why should there be a 150mb (where data transfer rate is at its pic)
usage limit on a one day bolt and if there is, why me the costumer
have not been made aware of it. I'm already struggling with my modems
speed, why would I pay R60 for 24 hours but I'm only getting a''
fair'' use of 150mb but is it a fair use? I do understand like any
company you must make profit.
