Contract

On Thursday i was called and i gave all my details and the lady i spoke to said everything was fine as it has been approved. she said i must have my id copy and proof of residence documents ready as delivery will be done shortly between 3-7 days. today i call to just check and i was told my application is still pending and there is a possibility that my application could be unsuccessful cause i once had a contract with cell c and the line was permanently closed. i fail to understand why the person who called me on Friday and why was i not updated on the status of my application. Now i have to phone and check everyday for the status. if this is the way cell c deals with its customers then i guess they will lose more clients in the future. I am really disappointed with the service.
