No feedback received! SAPO waste of time!

On the 17 April 2013 I posted a complaint on Hellopeter. (See complaint vai link provided below)

In the suppliers response I was told that someone would contact me and keep me informed of the investigation of my missing parcel. My parcel has been missing since the 11 March! How can I do business like this?

Please get someone to contact me asap!!!
