I am paying for itemised billing and i dont receive it. i spoke to your accounts department two days ago and asked why my account was suddenly so high. i got no explanation for this and was told i would be contacted by your billing department. i also asked why i dont receive my itemeised billing anymore and i am still waiting for an answer.
