Mtn is Pathetic

I called the call centre today at 12:00 just to find out when my contratc expires and just because I didnt know what my pin number is that they ask you and my previous work telephone number the guy says he cant give me the information.
What do they think I got a sim or phone I think that this is so pathetic and in future im cancelling all my contracts with Mtn to think that I have been a customer of theirs for years and this is how I get treated.
