I have never in my life had to run around for my money, I have been loyal to you for 5 years now and nobody can give me the correct information. I spoke to Sue Anne on my last attempt and received a policy for Mr Sithole, I can see all his information (dont even know the man) policy number, ID number, address, contact information etc WOW where did my information go Disturbed and Disgusted. I also spoke to Carmilita on the 01st October never received documentation and it turns out the wrong information was given as confirmed by Carmilita. I have been emailing since the 26th September and my word the time they take to respond, I still had no feedback and up till now 09th October NO NOTHING. PATHETIC and DISGUSTED! You take my money for the past 5 years, not once did I skip payment and now the repayment takes so long and incorrect documents are sent out. HOW SECURE IS OLD MUTUAL WITH YOUR INFORMATION, MR SITHOLE ILL BE GIVING YOU A CALL
