Hi,

This is both a small complaint but a massive well done on the service I received on Wednesday the 23rd at around 16:00/16:30.

I went into your La Lucia branch to upgrade my phone contract, I wanted to upgrade my contract from Blackberry to the Note 3 2 months early. Although efficient they did not help me with my contract at all, with the attitude of 'there is nothing we can do' which is ridiculous. so PLEASE look into this, it's unacceptable.

With a phone call to your cancellation department, to close my contract and open a new one, I got through to Mandla who said he would help me out and was unsure as to why the clerks in the shop didn't assist me, 20 minutes later my contract was upgraded and my new Note 3 is being delivered on Monday.

Now THAT'S the service we all want and I received it in spades so a massive well done to him for helping me out. He saved a client and will gain a lot more.
