I have bought phone by contract is broken

I have bought phone at Vodacom in Alexandra branch by contract last year July of which i am still paying it, now my phone is broken i took it back to the shop on the 23rd of last month for repair they don't want to fix my phone they said they need me to pay certain amount of R424.24 for them to repair my phone which is still under contract and i agreed with them to pay that amount but still they don't want to fix my phone and they don't call me and tell me what is happening i must always run after them to ask what's happening with my phone. This is poor customer service they providing to their customers.
