Contract Agreement

I had a 24 months contract with MTN without knowing if you must submit a cancellation when your contract expires then was surprised by month to month basis which occur-ed and i phoned and was told to submit "cancellation confirmation" which i did then what a surprise i got for my last bill was double what i used to pay. if any one can explain this i would appreciate. wow mtn and you proud to give service to people with such hidden agendas. this word needs to be spread i believe.
