Disgust by breach of contract

I took out a contract with cell c over the phone. A blackberry with full bis, I did recieve full bis for the first couple of months until I could not use my bbm and whatsapp I called them on the 23 Oct and they informed me that I was on the social and email plan and I had used up all my data. Told them thats nt what we agreed on over the phone. Requested the call ever since that day iv spoken to numerous people who have to me, made me a fool and also wasted my time with numerous trips to a cell c store, promising me that I would be able to listen to the call from there. I spoke to numerous team leaders including mdu zwane, who I just recently found out that he is nt a team leader, and also lizette from 145 and they have both disgustedly to me about helping me. CELLC ARE A BUNCH OF THAT ARE DEFRAUDING PEOPLE OUT OF THIIR MONEY. They do changes to peoples contracts without notification. I am appalled by this and truly disgusted by the cheating and inconsideration of peoples time, trust and money
