INCOMPETENCE OF A NEW LEVEL

MTN is definetely the WORST cell phone company in the Country!!! ONCE AGAIN its going to cost me time and money to explain the story again regarding the overdebiting. This month MTN finally passed a credit regarding the overbilling for BIS which was cancelled months back, but the incompetent staff could not find records of this.
This month again I am going to be debited 633.00 for two contracts of 199 and 206 =405. Last month they took 933 from my account which understandably was for 2 months, but whythismonth 633.00

Is there some INTELLIGENCE at MTN. Mashilo where are you
YOU ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST, i have nothing but endless frustration with MTN
