Throttling with no warning or notice

For the last few months my internet has been unbearably slow- so that at times I cannot even load google.

I have now figured out the reason for this is because I am being throttled for over usage. However, I was never told I was "over using" the internet - I average around 100-150 gigs a month on a 1meg line and have, up until the last few months never had any problems.

Nowhere can MWEB tell me what they consider to be over use, nor can I find where their policy has changed without any notice.

Please contact me in order to cancel this month to month contract. Your service is absolutely pathetic.
