Cell C wants money I do not owe

I had a cell c internet data bundle for R199 a month I cant remember how many gigs it was it was so long ago, but I do remember that I still had 185 MB left when I got a bill for over R 2000 I got a lawyer involved and the person the lawyer was trying to deal with would not take her calls for months at a time eventually the woman my lawyer was dealing with said they would scrap that amount, Its been three years now since and now I am getting sms's and calls from some company that claims to be quest investigations, I am refusing to pay for money that was deducted off my account illegally, I am no longer with Cell C I have not been for years since this incident, and Cell C is extremely unhelpful all they want is the money even though at the time even the call centre agents could not understand why the amount was so high when I still had 185 MB of data left, I refuse to pay for Cell C's stuff up they are the worst company in South Africa... I WILL NOT PAY FOR CELL C'S MISTAKE AND IGNORANCE
