Incompetent salesperson did not activate insurance

Thank you for responding to our 1st complaint on Hellopeter.com (Fri 18 Oct). As mentioned insurance was asked for, but not activated by the salesman... incompetence on his part, not mine.
I've been waiting for a response from the regional manager office for more than a week now, but still nothing!
I must admit that the way this complaint has been handled by MTN is not a good advertisement for MTN customer service.
I am a very disappointed client and will advise everybody I know not to support MTN! Because of the negligence of the salesman, I must pay the price! Unacceptable!
