Multiple promises, still no warranty copy sent

I have spent over five hours on the phone with Virgin 'agents' trying to get my phone repaired as per the warranty. I was promised that confirmation of my phone would be sent to Allied Mobile, the repairs agent that Virgin uses. Allied Mobile has still not received this, and they cannot proceed with the repairs job until they do.

Ilahm (or someone else from Web Forums), please send confirmation to Allied Mobile that my phone is still covered under the Virgin warranty, then give me a call or sms. If Allied Mobile confirms to me that they have received this, I will write a positive response on Hello Peter.
