No internet or landline since Saturday

Internet and landline reported after storm on Saturday, 19 Octbber 2013. Reported with ref 454CRK1913. Checked fault progress online every day. NO progress since Saturday. Phoned callcentre yedsterday. Confirmed nothing been done and no idea when it will be sorted. I work from homw and is loosing income!!

I'm confident Telkom would not mind compensating me for my loss of income?!
