Dear 8ta...
You can't just close the case and respond saying it has been resolved!!! My account has not yet been reimbursed for the R199 that was wrongfully debited. I will keep on complaining until this matter gets resolved. Please look into this ASAP as this it utterly swak of any telecommunications company.
