Excuses, false promises and lack of urgency

I applied for internet service on 13th of December 2012. On which i was told by the salesman Preddeshan of all the requirements which i supplied by 20th. I was then told that it would take about a week and then if all is paid an installer will contact me. That just did'nt happen. Everytime i phone They have a diffent excuse. Then i got into v=contact with Pieter which is the sales supervisor and he was very helpful in finding out what happened and promised me that the service will be installed on wednesday 23rd of January 2013 or latest 25th. The installer contacted me on wednesday 23rd only to tell me that he is very busy and other people are infront of for installation. But will definitely it monday 28th or tuesday 29th. Up to now no phone calls to confirm or delay. I phoned Atlantic again and Pieter was busy and i left an urgent message but nothing. PLEASE HELP
