3rd OBF

I had a 3rd OBF in about 3 weeks, this time a Sony Xperia T, that i returned withing the 7 days. I was told that the cellphone would go to technical services. It is 5 days later now and i still have no phone. I have a contract with MTN, I even have Insurance through MTN. I am a loyal paying customer who is very disappointed in service delivery.
