Still throtteld on uncapped

So here I am for the forth time still throtteld on MTN uncapped. And everytime I get a reply back they say you are not throtteld and that I should call 1555 or the coverage centre. I have called them so many times they know me by name now. Even got a email from 1555 confirming that my secondary card (27787881825) is throtteld. Now i am really upset at this stage (trying not to swear) at this services I'm getting. Don't even think mtn reads these. They just send a aotomated response, because it says the same thing every time. They don't care about the service you get. I wonder if I stop paying for the service what would happen? All I want is a representitive to contact me so that I could be releaved of this contract and go to Vodacom or Telkom where atleast I can call someone that can help me and know what is going on. If this is their throtteld speeds I would have stayed with the capped data. Atleast I could work with that. But I guess MTN is just going to overlook this again cause they just don't care. Will have to move all my contracts as soon as possible.
