Cell c busy losing customers with their bad servic

On monday i got a message from cellc saying that my internet service has been throtteld back cause they say i download to much. but ive got a blackberry unlimmited downloading. i havnt been able to download anything go on fb or sending a bbm you struggle youre of. then i phoned the same day to topup my acc and the guy asked the security questions when i was asked where i worked i told the guy van zon transport and he said thats incorrect. the 4th time i said van zon transport he said thats correct i left out a word. they should go listen theur recording and they will hear i said van zon transport the first time. they gonna loose me me as a customer very soon cant do anything with my phone and this guy bassicly said i was lying.
