Lack of 3G service

Since wednesday13 feb I have been contacting MTN about a lack of 3G data service in the Lanseria area, call 808 they refer you to 1555, they say no problem must call network coverage, depending on who answer there they either say " no problems" call 1555 or if you are lucky someone who has a clue may answer and tells youu "yes there is a problem" and even gives you the ref nr, always promising that someone will follow up and get back to you but as usual that never happens, sent email to coverage, automated reply, posted on MTN service twitter account after 2 days get " someone will contact you within 10 days"
What kind of customer service is this?.. We still have no 3G network in this area, thank for Vodacom and 8TA, otherwise we would be completly cut off...

I don't expect much of a response from MTN as they always show very little regard for their customers.roll on the end of my contract, after nearly 20 years with them I think it's time to move on
