No Resolution after Escalation

I requested for my ADSL Data to be cancelled and advised that my ADSL line will be migrated to Afrihost.
This call was done on 4/25 and too date I am still being biled for both the data and the line. I received a bill that is now for June??

In addition Afrihost are still unable to transfer the line as they recieve an error stating I'm under contract.

Can anyone at Telkom please resolve this as each consultant I speak to has no clue what they are talking about.
