On 26 September my Cell C contract expired & I cancelled it. However, I wanted to keep the number I was using and move it to MTN prepaid. I was told by your call centre agents that this change would take between 24 - 48hours. That was almost a month ago. To date, I've yet to get any response from Cell C on this matter. Even though numerous phone calls have been made to their call centre and I've been transferred from pillar to post without any success. I'm most disheartened by this level of service and my business has suffered negatively due to my clients not being able to contact me. If this is the level of service your company delivers as a standard I'd hate to experience "poor service" from you.
