Got an OBF! No phone for 1 week and counting!

Telecommunications

I received an iPhone 5 64GB from Sean at Sandton Mtn on the 16th January. Upon opening the phone it was damaged so I sent in and got a replacement on the 17th from Malome. Within 3 days I was experiencing poor signal (always stuck on Edge) and poor battery life (maximum 4 hours). I then sent it in again on the 22nd January (within the first 7days) but never got a replacement because Sandton Mtn didnt have any stock. Its been over a week now and I have no phone! I've had so many problems with Mtn and their service just trying to source the phone in the first place, now i'm stuck without one! I did a sim swap to a nano sim and deactivated my Blackberry's BIS so am stranded! How many more days will MTN charge me R700 for a monthly service I'm not being provided! Where is my blady phone! One more hiccup and I will be moving my 3 contracts over to Vodacom! Contact me on my business partners phone: 0832662330. Please don't provide a copy and paste response, "please be assured we do not aim to displease you". I dont want an apology, i want to know where my phone is!
