NO ANSWER TO PHONES

For 3 days I have tried to contact MTN Insurance to update my insurance. I have repsectively held on for 23, 17 and 34 minutes without speaking to anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is not bad service it is NO SERVICE and in the mean time i am paying premiums!
