Today I received my Telkom bill for the S4 mini I got for my wife... The phone was R269pm and my bill said I need to pay R700 the end of this month..Instead of R260 I was being charged R460..Can you imagine how I was fuming with anger..I was just about to go down to the store to go and make a scene but I decided to call the 8ta contact centre first..I was put through to a consultant by the name of Greg... and I tell you this guy gave world class service..He explained where the extra costs were coming from in simple layman terms. This guy simply did an extraordinary job..I mean im sitting here with a bill that justify ably tripled the amount that I was expecting to pay and I'm still taking the time to write a compliment..That should be an indication of how good the service was..I mean in all my years in the service industry both locally and abroad I dont think I have come across this level of service and I think that its only right to give someone that pat on the back and say well done when it is so rightfully deserved..To the management of Telkom I would like to say this is the kind of person you need to have in a position of influence like QC so he can be an example to the rest..
