Misrepresentation to get a sale/hidden costs

I opened an account with Telkom on the 27 November 2013 at their Proes street Telkom Direct Store. I specifically asked if I would be billed for the 3 days remaining in the month & was told not to worry it will be prorated and that I will pay for only what I use. I specifically asked so that I do not get billed for 3 days crazy amounts for the month.
First invoice came today, to my dismay I was charged double. Why did the representative make me believe that there would be prorated bill when there is clearly no truth to that.
It's my first month and I already feel like canceling this contract. Misrepresentation is a serious crime! And the fact that the customer care doesn't even offer assistance, or escalate and gives me WRONG NON-EXISTING numbers doesn't help: 0123111323 does not EXIST!
Being charged money to receive my bill via mail (which I never asked for) is also in Contravention of your terms & conditions 6.4.1 to be exact.

Get your act together Telkom & I hv already stopped all the praises I hv been ranting to people. I will be taking this to Twitter as well! NOT A SATISFIED CLIENT
