Failure to Deliver Service

Cell C continues to give/offer promotions, specials, deals and other incentives to customers and potential customers yet the existing customers keep experiencing EXTREME degradation in service quality!

I have been complaining to Cell C for the better part of this YEAR regarding the absolute pathetic excuse of service they offer and every time it is the same response:
"we are experiencing high demand in the region and are looking into upgrading our network"

If you as a company are unable to provide the service people pay for, how can you still expect them to pay you? and HOW can you validate allowing MORE people on your already overloaded network!

I've visited Durbanville almost every weekend the last 3 months, and every single time I have had NO data service. others that reside in the region have complained that they have some data issues

In Claremont / Rondebosch the service is sometimes way better than expected, and other times it is completely non-existent. this happens at all times of the day.

I've contacted customer service and ran through all the 'guides'
