Cell C
Network stinks and no care attitude

I've been using cell c for a while now and recently moved to umtata, ever since i got here i've been having network issues and super slow data issues. i contacted cell c customer care who said that somebody would get back to me, i went online and got their email info and sent an email, got a response that i need to complete a form which was quite a lengthy effort and sent it to the specified email address. till now i have not been contacted and there is no improvement in the network, only data dissappearing due to constantly having to reload pages. its pathetic how they can eat our data which costs money with no consequence or even effort to compensate or even attend the problem. if they are unable to provide the service cell c should say so instead of making big false promises on tv and other various advertising. people should probably start changing their network providers.
