8ta Cannot Be Trusted

I have engaged 8ta for almost five months on the issue of poor network coverage in my place. They asked me to fill many forms and eventually they sent two different groups of technicians to my house to inspect signal. They identified there was a problem and promised to install a cell extender/antenna to fix the issue. This resolution was recorded on my case file at the time and whenever I called for follow-up they said someone will come through soon.

I waited for over 6 weeks, nothing happened and then called in again - only to be told that there was never a resolution to install a cell extender/antenna at my place and that I should go look for another service provider. All this is after waiting patiently for five months...
