LAST WEEK, I POSTED A REPORT RE VODACOM'S HANDLING OF A FAULTY IPAD AS WELL AS THE I DISCOVERED (MY ID NO USED ON SOMEONE ELSE'S ACCOUNT.THE IPAD ISSUE WAS AT LEAST PARTIALLY RESOLVED BUT EVEN AFTER I QUEUED AT CUSTOMER SERVICES AND ENDURED THE DISMISSIVE ATTITUDE OF 1 OF THE CONSULTANTS&NON RESPONSE FROM HER MANAGER, JENNIFER, I HAVE HAD NO FEEDBACK FROM THEIR INVESTIGATORS&LEGAL.ALSO, I WAS HARASSED BY A CALL FROM A VERY RUDE ELMARIE IN RESPONSE TO MY HELLOPETER POST, SO IF THIS IS YOUR CONTINUED APPROACH, PLEASE SPARE ME, VODACOM.WILL JUST REPORT THE TO THE POLICE& UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE CONTRACT EXPIRES TO BE FREE OF ANY ASSOCIATION WITH YOU SINCE YOU SIMPLY DO NOT CARE...
