What a company

Ecently my phone was suspended, fair enough i exceeded the limit
all OK so far
called asked what i had to do
i did what they asked - i.e. paid my bill
sent them proof of payment, all good so far
phone re-connected, sweet
since then every 2 - 3 hours my phone is suspended again causing me to spend up to 20 minutes of my day (every 2 - 3 hours) trying to get it re-connected
being passed from one un helpful agent to the next, the best was some fool in accounts who had no idea what to do, so she just hung up on me
my experience is mtn is a pathetic company when it comes to communication, oh wait! thats what it is, a communications company, but alas yes really a bad one
their staff are rude and untrained, well some of them, especially the ones in accounts
please do yourself a favour and go to vodacom or any other communications company, it will save you many hours of heart break
