This will be the 3rd time I complain about the cellphone I booked for repairs with mtn over 4 ago. My 1st complaint was on the 7th of July whre Veronica from Mtn responded. 2nd complained was the 23rd of September whre Mantoa responded and assurred me that they will call me will a way forward. Till yoday I haven't heard from Mtn. I've been without a phone for this whole period and I've been paying Mtn. What axactly am I paying for if Mtn can not ever bother to service me?

I've been patient enough with mtn and I think know it's time I took this further. I will never be doing business with mtn as they only care about the sale not the after sale. Mtn is failing to take responsibity of their faulty handset. The Sony Experia is being advertised as tough and durable of which mine did not even meet the standard. Mtn should stop passing the bug and start taking owership and service clients.
