My name is Thomas Phiri, i.d no.61091 35778 085.my contract with 8.ta expired on the 1572013. contract no. FA -500166792 - BA333500605. 8.ta send me a message to confirm the expiry date of my contract. this message was received by myself on the 0272013. On the 1462013 I faxed a cancellation letter through 8.ta's customer care, to my surprise 8.ta continues to debit fees from my account and I am upset about this as I view it as a bad customer service. Hello Peter please help.
