I have two contracts with Mtn. I went to Mtn on 13/10 to get a contract for my Fiance. She has a Mtn paygo sim & wanted to keep her number. I asked for a contract for a BB that includes BIS. I wanted the R159 with top-up option. Yolandi recommend we take the R189 that has the BB9720. I am not really interested in the phone as my fiance has a new BB.Yolandi said we will be contacted asap the contract was approved. We received a sms on Monday. My fiance collected the phone on Tuesday. Yolandi asked her to remove her sim card again. After my fiance inserted the sim in her old phone her BB username ID was not recognised. My fiance phoned Nicolene on Tuesday afternoon to say that she cant acces her email, FB & BBM.Nicolene said she will test it. After many attempts by my fiance the login was blocked. she hard reset her old BB, and even changed her Username ID on the BB website. Yesterday 18/10 she went back to MTN. Leoni helped her. She said Nicolene never activated the BIS. I am not paying extra for the BIB as it should be included in the contract. How can you have a BB contract and not have BIS? I am very annoyed with the service at Lakeside. This is not the 1st problem I've had!!!
